Elevate Academy at the Heritage Community in Provo, Utah, founded in 1984, is a non-profit, trauma-informed residential treatment center and fully accredited school located in Provo, Utah. Elevate serves adolescents ages 13–17 who struggle with significant mental health challenges related to depression, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, adverse childhood experiences, and attachment and adoption difficulties. These concerns often overlap with learning disabilities, school avoidance or refusal, self-harm, oppositional defiant disorder, substance use, or mild aggression.

Using the ARC framework (Attachment, Regulation, Competency), Elevate provides 24/7 therapeutic support in a safe, structured, and supportive environment, with on-site education integrated into daily treatment. The program is designed for teens who need more structure and clinical intensity than outpatient or day programs can offer, empowering students to stabilize, heal from trauma, and build lasting self-regulation and life skills. Elevate’s mission is to empower students to heal and thrive.
